As a certified trainer, I offer a wide range of fitness classes suitable for all levels, ages and ability's.

 

Choose from:

  • Early morning Boot Camp Sessions

  • Group Fitness Classes

  • Fitness Pilates

  • Personal Training. 

I'm based in the Odd Down area of Bath and my classes are all local to this area - check out my timetable.

TIMETABLE 

Bootcamp - 7am Tuesdays, Thursdays & 8am Saturdays @ Rejuvenate Gym

Fitness Pilates - 9.30 Mondays, 6pm Tuesdays, 9.30am Wednesdays, 6.30pm & 7.30pm Thursday

(Locations - Southdown Methodist Church & The Hub, Mulberry Park)

Group Circuit Class - 7.15pm Tuesday, 9.15am Fridays @ Rejuvenate Gym

** Fitness Pilates/Bootcamp runs in school term time only - block bookings**

**Group Fitness Classes - pay as you go all year round**

JOIN ME FOR PERSONAL TRAINING

 I offer 1 to1 or 2 to1 Personal Training to help guide, motivate and monitor each session. Feel positive and encouraged to reach your goals!  

 My personal training sessions are held at Rejuvenate Gym (small private beautiful gym on Englishcombe Lane) or I can come to you to make it as stress free & convenient for you.

I encourage everybody to set their own individual goals and targets to reach you will find classes & personal training sessions to be Motivating, Fun and supportive".

Fitness Pilates is a group exercise class that is a challenging yet safe exercise that promotes, improved core strength, back mobility, flexibility, posture. co-ordination & balance, reduce stress & anxiety, boosts mood & improves sleep, relieve stiff joints, improves back pain, it also lengthens & tones all over! Get in touch to book your place!

GROUP FITNESS CLASSES

A Healthier You

Group Fitness classes are a great way to take your personal fitness goals to the next level, and have some serious fun at the same time. Statistics show that taking part in group fitness classes dramatically increases your chances of keeping you on track in your personal fitness journey, as well as being highly motivational and a great way to socialise. You will be supported and guided, each session is focused on a mix of strength building & cardio vascular for an all over body workout.

Tuesday 7.15pm - Group Circuit Class @ Rejuvenate Gym

Friday 9.15am - Group Circuit Class @ Rejuvenate Gym

Early Morning Bootcamp

Get up and get it done - 30 minute session

Struggling to find the time or energy at the end of a busy day then why not get up and get it done. Sessions run 3 times a week at Rejuvenate Gym - 7am Tuesdays, Thursdays & 8am Saturdays. 

Bootcamp provides a mix of session formats that will make you feel engergised for the rest of the day.

A BIT ABOUT ME

Making Fitness Fun

My name is Zoe, a Mum of two children based on the south side of Bath. I qualified as a fitness instructor in 2017 and have trained lots of clients over this time.  Specialising in Fitness Pilates, Group Fitness Classes, Group Cycling Classes and Personal Training I believe living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong and fit body. My aim is to help you identify your fitness goals, design an exercise program that fits your needs and guide you through every exercise, every workout. My holistic approach to fitness and health will have you feeling great and seeing results in no time.
